done at about 3 after work (about that whole wake up early thing... waking up early sucks)
I was pretty well recovered by this time and only a little exhausted by work

I forgot to take splits, but i did the second half a bit faster.
I also ended up sprinting for about 200 metres to beat a train at about 13 minutes in. Felt pretty good my legs have been consistantly tired from work combined with running but overall pretty flexable too.
