I'm going to hold off listing food until I can get a notebook to write it down in.

Took today off, legs are very tired and i have a lot of work. Although I ran out to catch up to Rob and Alex who I saw running from the window. Probably about 2-5 minutes easy.

Causalties
Picked scab which started bleeding. Also noticed some weird scab on head that apon being picked started bleeding.
