Bike: 10 miles?
Run : 57:30

Rode bike to Oatka park (about 5 miles)

Ran one perimeter stopping to strech at 10 minutes. Then ran up the park road, down Lost Sara to the bridge. Doubled back and did an acceleration to the triangle (about 2 min 30 sec of hard running. And finished back on the fun route. legs were kind of tired the whole way. Could either be from the accelerations last night, or from riding the bike.

Rode back on bike.
