Around what is called a six mile loop but has an error of up to a mile. Anyways, I was pretty tired starting out but decided to do five minutes sets of accelerations starting at ten minutes. I was planning on doing one minute breaks, but my first acceleration was up the one big hill on the run and I decided that five minute breaks would be better.
