2 hours 17 minutes and 27 seconds.

Went out Scottsville Chili rd to the school (this took about 33 min) and left on North Rd to corner store and then left till the Greenway which I took until 1:00. Went back the back way and decided halfway that I needed to get more distance in (aka I got lost) so I went pretty far out of the way and ended up intersecting the 3 mile loop by my house.

All in all very fun... I started to feel the heat after about ten minutes but it never got very bad. Felt good until the turn around and only started really suffering at about 1:45

Felt pretty drained immmediatly after, but within a few hours I had enough energy to want to ride my bike ot the store for some bananas and cran-raspberry juice...

trippy coincidence: at the store I ran into my mom and thus forced my purchases onto her... but as I was walking around with my mom I ran into J Rapp and we ended up hanging out afterwards... In conclusion, the entire world converges at the Chili-Paul Wegmans.
